Improved trade history logging and CSV exports

Trade logs now store strategy, style, market regime and timeframe data, with CSV exports updated to include the new fields.

Trade history has been improved with richer bot execution metadata.

  • Trade records now store the selected strategy, active strategy, bot style, detected market regime and trading timeframe.
  • Manual trade closes now preserve the original bot metadata from the entry trade.
  • Trade history CSV exports now include strategy, active strategy, style, regime and timeframe columns.
  • Fee handling during manual closes was improved by using stored USDT fee values where available.
