TradePilot

Getting Started

Follow these steps to access the dashboard, set up demo or live trading, and launch your first bot on TradePilot.

Step 01

Create your account

Create your free TradePilot account to get started. Demo mode is free, and you can upgrade later if you want to unlock live trading.

Step 02

Log in to the dashboard

Once your account is created, log in to the dashboard to access TradePilot. New users can use demo mode straight away without needing a paid plan.

Step 03

Choose demo mode or live mode

TradePilot supports both demo mode and live mode.

Demo mode lets you test the platform with simulated funds and is free to access.
Live mode uses your real Binance account and requires a paid subscription.

Step 04

Add your API keys

Go to the Settings page in the dashboard. You can add demo keys, live keys, or both depending on how you want to use the platform.

Demo API keys (Testnet)

Use demo API keys if you want to test without real funds.

  • Go to https://testnet.binance.vision/
  • Log in with GitHub
  • Generate an HMAC-SHA-256 key
  • Copy your API key and secret key
  • Paste them into the Demo Keys section in TradePilot Settings

Live API keys (Real Funds)

Use live API keys if you want to trade with your real Binance account.

  • Log in to https://binance.com/
  • Go to API Management
  • Create a new API key
  • Restrict access to IP: 82.165.181.166
  • Enable Spot Trading only
  • Keep withdrawals disabled
  • Copy your API key and secret key
  • Paste them into the Live Keys section in TradePilot Settings

Step 05

Fund your Binance Spot wallet with USDT

If you plan to use live mode, make sure you have enough USDT in your Binance Spot wallet before starting a bot.

TradePilot uses your available Spot balance for live trading, so your bot will need sufficient USDT to open positions based on the sizing you choose.
  • Deposit or transfer USDT into your Binance Spot wallet
  • Make sure the balance is available for Spot trading
  • Check that your chosen bot size matches your available USDT balance
  • If you are only testing, you can stay in demo mode and skip this step

Step 06

Configure your first bot

Once your keys are added, head to the Trading Bots page. From there you can create and configure your first bot.
  • Choose a trading pair, such as BTC/USDT
  • Choose your position sizing method and amount
  • Select a strategy
  • Set risk controls such as stop-loss if needed
  • Save the bot configuration
  • Press Start Bot when you are ready

Step 07

Monitor performance and history

Once your bot is running, you can use the dashboard to track performance, trade history, portfolio allocation, and current open positions across demo or live mode.

Step 08

Upgrade when you are ready for live trading

Demo mode is free to use. If you want to run bots against your real Binance account, you can upgrade to a paid plan and switch to live mode when you are ready.

Ready to launch your first bot?

Start with free demo mode, get comfortable with the dashboard, and move to live trading when you are ready.
