Polished trading bot controls

Trading bot controls have been refined with clearer action ordering and a more visible running status indicator.

We made a small visual polish update to the trading bot page.

  • Added a subtle glow and pulse to the green Running status indicator.
  • Reordered bot action buttons so Start/Stop appears first, followed by Configure and Delete.
  • Applied the same ordering and status treatment across both card view and list view.

    • These refinements make active bots easier to identify and the primary bot action quicker to reach.
